Such a familiar sweater of a song. Feel like you’ve heard this one from American Analog Set even if it’s your first time. The shuffle of the percussion and the momentum of the strums wrap you right up. It’s a lo-fi daydream.
CHVRCHES, “He Said She Said” (Screen Violence / 2021)
From the first second this CHVRCHES jammer is a sugar blast. The drums hammer as the synths blind and bounce around. It’s pure fun and has so many drops. Great, underrated band.
